Ingredients
- 1 medium organic cucumber with peel
- ½ large ripe papaya
- 1/4 avocado
- 4-6 ounces of filtered water
- A few ice cubes to chill, optional
Blend on high for 30 seconds until smooth. I added a couple slices of ripe avocado to make the smoothie creamier since both cucumber and papaya are water-rich fruits.
Pineapple Papaya Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup peeled, cored and cubed pineapple
- 1/4 cup peeled, seeded and chopped ripe papaya
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 bunch organic spinach
Banana Papaya Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup nut milk
- 1/2 cup sliced peeled banana
- 1/2 cup chopped seeded and peeled papaya
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave
Combine milk, banana, papaya and honey in a blender and purée until smooth. Pour into a large glass and serve.
