Yes, they were very courteous and professional. There were 3 people in total who arrived to clean. They had a team leader and she asked my to show her the house and then talked to her team and got straight to work without any delay.
What was the smell in your house during and after the cleaning?
NOTHING! Meaning that it was fresh and clean. No Toxic or chemical fragrance or smell at all. If you walked into my house after the cleaning you would have seen a clean home but not known that a cleaning team was just here

Can you describe the overall experience?
I have to say that I have had my house professionally cleaned for over 15 years. This was hands down the best cleaning I have ever had! They came in the door and after a bit of conversation the team started right way. There were areas that I thought they weren't going to get to because truly, my house really needed to be organized and cleaned...but they even cleaned those parts as well.
