TROUBLED SCALP...BE GONE!

A few years ago, I was having constantly bad scalp days, yep, scalp! Not hair! Well, maybe perhaps that too ;) I decided to find out what the heck was wrong with it. It was itchy, greasy, dry and flaky. I mean everything possibly that could cross your mind about troubled scalp; I was probably experiencing it at that time. Anyways, I went to the doctor and as usual they just gave me some insanely strong medicine, which made my scalp just go absolutely insane! So I stopped it and decided to look for natural remedies, which could actually help this problem that I had. After hours and hours of searching on the web and from different books, I finally found the perfect remedy to keep my scalp healthy, itch free. As a plus my hair has been growing extremely strong, healthy and shiny! So what is this amazing natural remedy that i've been using? Baking Soda! Yep, the one that you can find in your kitchen!

This lovely product really cleanses out your scalp and at the same time exfoliates your scalp, taking away all the dead skin cells which have been building up over time! Another amazing feature about this baking soda is that it can also be used as a hair rinser, to keep your hair squeaky clean! It removes all the products that you have been using on your hair for years and years, which unfortunately strain your natural hairs beauty and makes it look dull and even extremely dirty!

So all in all, this glorious baking soda, gives your hair a squeaky clean feel, removes all the build up from the scalp as well as the hair and of course perfectly exfoliates the scalp!

How do I use this miracle baking soda?

1. I pour baking soda in to a cup (1-2 cups)
2. I mix water with it until it becomes a thick paste.
3. 10 drops of rose water
4. 5 drops of tea tree oil

Once I mix them all together, it becomes this thick white paste. I then go and have a shower, shampoo my hair once and then use the paste. I rub the baking soda paste on my scalp and exfoliate every part of my head. I exfoliate a good 5-10 minutes and then I rinse my hair with cool water. If some of the paste is still left, I add a lot of water into the paste and make it into a hair rinser, which I then pour on to my hair and rinse it off again! Voila!

Caution! Don't use this more than once a week!

Hope you love it as much as I do!

xoxo
