It's Friday! And you know what that means: watching the latest episode of The Jersey Shore on your computer when your boss isn't looking. Guess what goes well with copious amounts of hair gel? Copious amounts of Nature News!
This week started off with the sound of a fruit bat in a very compromising position (that got a few scientists some major props), and then slid from annoying (when TMZ is involved, what do you expect?) to plain stupid: a program that pretends dogs give a crap about Twitter.
Things picked up later in the week when we realized ginger is pretty much a miracle root, and continued to get better when we found some new, weird-ass speices! Then it dive-bombed again when we realized a loud chip bag was enough to get Frito Lay to discontinue a biodegradable step forward, and some dude in Arizona thought it would be a great idea to keep a wild deer as a pet.
At least the week ended on a good note: hottie Adrian Grenier getting all artistic for the environment.
