invisible-cloak.jpgIt's Friday! And you know what that means. Paying the office intern $5 bucks to go outside and warm your car up before you go home. I mean, what else are interns for?

While you're waiting for your ride to get all nice and toasty, why not catch up on this week's Nature News?

On Monday, we learned all about the power of children when it comes to passing on our eco-conscious mission, and also, the power of invisibility. That's right. Scientists are working on a 100% legit invisibility cloak. Teenagers everywhere are no doubt imagining the sneaking-out-of-the-house possibilities…

We realized that if Meg Whitman, and all politicians like her, had spent their millions of campaign funds on the earth, our planet would be glowing with health in no time. Of course, that's if certain members of the GOP and their "global warming isn't real" rhetoric finally shut the heck up. We also figured out there's a kennel in Hollywood, California that not only wants to teach your dog how to play dead – but ride a skateboard too.

Speaking of pets, we found out some of the best ways to keep them warm and healthy this winter season.

And, perhaps strangest of all, it came to our attention that piggy banks are taking a very weird, very real turn…

There you have it, folks! This week's top nature news. Now go find that intern and ask him to bring you a hot coffee and a donut. You deserve it.
