Turner Construction (an $8 billion company) has completed engineering for the sound wall that will be constructed by Masters Contracting Corp out of Glendale, Calif. The work began in the second quarter of 2009 and Insulock will receive an $80,000 purchase order for 7,000 Insulock Blocks.
