Picture_3.pngIt's Friday! And you know what that means…promising yourself you'll go to the gym this weekend to make up for all the stale holiday cookies you ended up eating this week.

While you're making promises you may or may not keep, why not take a gander at the best Nature News from this week at Greenwala? This time…with more bullet points!

• Guess what? Fish are dying and birds are falling from the sky. Scientists are saying this happens all the time, and I say, of course it does…in movies about the Apocalypse.

• On the subject of movies about the Apocalypse, NASA really hates the John Cusack stinker that was "2012." They hated it because it was scientifically false. I just hated the dialogue.

• Want to green-i-fy your grocery shopping? We've got the tips that'll make you awesome.

• Last year, a bunch of new, giant caves were found in Vietnam. And when we say giant, we meant giant. Hollywood is already trying to figure out how to film "2012: the Sequel" in one of them.

• Google doesn't just want to take creepy stalker pictures of your house and put it on the Internet…they also want to donate millions of dollars to Environmental Education. At least one of these things makes the world a better place.

• Think all Doggie Daycare centers are equal? Not so, my friend. Make sure you do your homework next time you consider dropping Fido off for the weekend.

• It's January. It's cold. Wouldn't you rather be in Jamaica at a solar powered resort? Of course you would.
