Electric Razor Doesn't Need to be Recharged, or Held In Your Hand

Our lives are filled with lots of gizmos and do-dad's that tally up to a pretty hefty sum of energy consumption.

This electric razor concept aims to not only simply the life of us man-folk, but also reduce that aforementioned energy consumption by a factor of one.

Yanko Design says,

Ring-shaver is a small, tube-shaped shaver that slips over the finger. In comparison to traditional shaving, Ring-shaver allows a more flexible shaving action. A toggle switch activates the flywheel to provide the necessary driving force. Ring-shaver does not require charging. It saves energy and is easy to carry. Great for sparse facial hair.

Ring-shaver is also a 2010 Red Dot Concept Award winning entry.
