It's time for the Big Game, and what could be tastier than a Super Bowl spread? Home made chili, guacamole, dips, chips, dogs, sweets, spicy, hot, greasy, fatty, yummy food. But what could be worse than all the gas and bloating that comes with it?!

Here are four, natural, healthy sure fire ways to combat that Super Bowl Bloat.

Prepare!

Don't start kick off with a full gut. You want to keep that stuff moving and make sure you are regular. The best way to do that is the simplest: eat an apple. Better yet, eat an apple everyday for the week before the game. It really is true, "an apple a day keeps the doctor away." That's because apples are a good source of fiber and help keep you regular.

Keep it Moving During the Game

There's lots of opportunity to keep it moving during the game. Fiber may be hiding in your Super Bowl spread. If you have chili, there's fiber in your beans. Is there a vegetable platter? Take part. It will definitely benefit your gut. And don't forget your water. Make it a point at half time to get in a glass or two to keep your system at the top of its game.

Move It - Literally!

After the game don't give up! You don't need pilates or spin class. A simple walk around the block, or shoveling and chopping ice, will help stimulate your system and keep things moving.

Post Game Moves

After an evening of foods you know you shouldn't eat remember a drink or two that will make you feel so much better. The first is a tasty herbal tea, Organic Smooth Move, that is particularly effective. Read and follow the directions. A different but just as effective drink is some OJ and a splash of Nopalina.

These are just a few different ways to keep things moving and prevent your festive menu from ruining your Monday. Who says you can't have your chili and eat it too?
