Alison of Lark Made, an australian website, resued her tea tins to create a little garden. She drilled holes on the bottom to allow for drainage and then added top soil and seeds. She is growing herbs such as cilantro, basil and parsley. She is also growing succulents and chamomile which she can then dry for a relaxing homemade tea.
Give this creative idea a try with any type of tins that have been eating up valuable space in your cupboard. This is a great gift idea as well for Easter or a spring hostess gift.
Enjoy and let us know what you try!
