I saw this video on Facebook today and had to ask its creator for permission to share it. David Mackenzie-Kong captures his children, niece, and nephew in simple and fun responses on the topic of quinoa.

It brought me back to the basics of not complicating the message of organics, nutrition, and environment. People just want it simple. It gives them more room to ask questions. Especially, if you share information that invites them in, makes it enjoyable, and even fun. Voila, two-way conversation.

Their sweet smiles and giggles remind us to live simply. Take time to enjoy at least one thing in each day. Take time to enjoy your loved ones.

Basically, make nutrition an adventure. Try one new food each week. Make one new recipe. Have fun learning and sharing it with others in the way you’re gifted and skilled to.

Tip: Listen to people's question(s) well and keep your answers simple.

You can check out David's YouTube Channel, Chiganic for one other fun video on food. For the sake of keeping this article simple, here is Kids Quinoa by David Mackenzie-Kong. Thank You to Adam Hart for sharing this on Facebook.

Very simple, thoughtful and practical way of relating to kids. In fact the basic philosophy ought to be applicable to adults also. Great post.
