Depending on where you live, you may already be enjoying the unofficial summer weather. The change in season inspires us to eat lighter and sweetener foods, and it's that time when many fire up the grill. One of the best ways to keep off the pounds for summer is to cut back on meat and dairy, so why not give it up all together on Mondays? Here are 5 recipes to get you started:
