In an effort to get you to upgrade your service, Dish Network gives you a different free premium channel every month. This month I'm getting Veria Living. I wish I had discovered this earlier in the month because I have to say I am LOVING this channel. The whole network is based on natural and holistic living. Programming includes shows on medicinal herbs, yoga, eating healthy, healthy home, pregnancy & parenting and more.
I could watch this network all day. In just the first day I watched it I saw several great herbal remedies and DIY beauty treatments. I'll share some of the great DIY beauty recipes I've found on Veria shows in
the coming weeks. I've also been recording the yoga shows so I'll have them once I no longer get the channel.
If you haven't checked out the Veria network, I highly recommend it. From what I've seen so far, the information on this network is solid. There's not a lot of greenwashing that I've seen on other "green" networks. As much as I'm trying to cut back my TV watching, this network is an argument for upgrading my programming.
