I think some of you will be interested in this new brand The Greenzys especially if you have little kids and want to teach them how to become an eco-minded adult. When you buy a Greenzys product, a portion from each purchase will benefit the Environmental Media Association and the Arbor Day Foundation . If you would like to see their new theme song that all the kids are loving then have a listen and share on your Facebook pages!

Composed by Michael Orland, musical arranger and associate musical director of the series American Idol with lyrics by Adam Newman, the GREENZYS song is performed by 13 year old newcomer recording artist Samia Najimy Finnerty.

Samia is the daughter of actress Kathy Najimy and lead singer of the Dan Band Dan Finnerty: popular from the films Old School and The Hangover and featured regularly on The Jay Leno Show.

ENJOY!!

More Info:

The soft cuddly plush toys are made in socially responsible factories from soy fibers and non-toxic dyes with packaging made from recycled paperboard. Standing 12 inches high, the Greenzys plush toys capture the distinctive personalities of each of the Greenzys characters. You'll want to collect all of them!

When you purchase one of these loveable toys, you and your child will have an opportunity to actively help preserve the environment. For every toy purchased, a tree is planted.

The Greenzys book is a heartwarming tale that teaches the concept of environmental conservation, or "green" living. In this introductory story, the Greenzys meet Orinda, the world's oldest living tree. When they discover she's in trouble, they agree to help her, but not before they learn the importance of being green.

Written by acclaimed children's writer Danielle Mentzer, The Greenzys is illustrated by the award winning digital artist, Cris De Lara. The book is made in an eco-friendly manner, with FSC/SFI/PEFC certified paper and board with soy based inks. The book is printed in the United States, which also reduces the carbon footprint.
