How wonderful would it be if BP's success at [so far] successfully stopping the flow of oil into the Gulf of Mexico motivated them to cap many of the other oil well-like structures that spew toxins and filth into the Earth?
What would have to be capped? Smokestacks at coal-fired power plants, vehicle exhaust pipes, black-smoke-belching construction equipment.
What else can you think of that would be better off capped?
