The Tale of Three Yoga Mats
Over the last 15 years I have had 3 yoga mats. The first was purchased at the Yoga Studio in Southern California where I was first introduced to Level II yoga. This is where I discovered how yoga could carry me away into another world and leave me feeling like I was walking on clouds. I discovered the amazing benefits of a personal daily yoga practice and took the word "practice" to heart in all areas of my life.
