Whether you're new to the green movement and just started exploring a healthier lifestyle, or you're seasoned in both fields, you probably find yourself spending lots of time searching these topics online. But with so many websites on the subjects how can you decide which are worth your attention? Let me help you narrow it down - here are five of my favorites:
- Organic Authority. Expert advice on balancing mind, body, soul, and planet. Follow on Twitter & Facebook.
- The Kind Life ~ Alicia Silverstone's site on food, health, the environment, and extension of her book, “The Kind Diet”. Follow on Twitter & Facebook.
- Lunch Box Bunch - Healthy Happy Life ~ reviews, recipes, wellness tips, and gorgeous photos. Follow on Twitter & Facebook.
- Oh She Glows ~ a healthy living blog with mouth-watering recipes and exercise tips. Follow on Twitter.
- Vegan Dad ~ family tales from a male, featuring lots of recipes you can try out on your loved ones. Follow on Facebook.
I suggest using an RSS reader (like Google's) to keep track of your favorite blogs. You can see all of the sites on one page, quickly see new posts, scan each with ease, and even organize them into folders.
Whitney Lauritsen is a filmmaker, environmentalist, and vegan who promotes healthy living on her site www.ecovegangal.com.
