Earlier this month Amazon reported that for the first time E-books out sold hardcover books. Today they released their latest Kindle 3 (WiFi), which is faster, smaller and cheaper pricing at just $139.
The price point is $10 cheaper than the Nook and there is a 3G version that will stil cost $189.
The 6 inch screen size remains but it all gets better from there. The contrast on the screen has improved by 50%, with page turns being 20% faster. Storage for the new Kindle has doubled, and battery life could last you up to an entire month. There are also new custom fonts and words and letters are more crisp, clear and natural-looking.
So what do you think? Do you like the new price point?
