Solar T-Shirt Reveals Top Secret Graphic In Direct Light

Using the power of the sun to adorn our bodies and enhance our appearance has been practiced on and off thoughout the ages even though it has proven to damage the skin -- where vanity is concerned, some of us will do just about anything to look good.

Achieving a golden brown roasted chicken color is the ultimate goal among Malibu girls, body builders, models and just about anyone who thinks that their natural born skin tone is just a bit too day-glow white.

Whether we aspire to morph into George Hamilton by basting ourselves with baby oil or we choose to submit to a fake tan instead, it's a shame that we waste all of that solar goodness on our epidermis since it always ends up turning a ho-hum shade of brown.

If we were instead wearing one of Sun Nº01's limited edition tees, then at least we could marvel at how direct sunlight triggers a cool lavender zebra head to appear.

Technology like this comes at a price -- about $118 US dollars (79.90 Euros!!) -- but it could very well help sun worshippers to wean themselves off of rays, at least for a little while, anyway.

Have you seen other solar enhanced apparel designs like this? How much would you be willing to spend for this type of fashion novelty?

This is pretty cool if you don't mind the rays!

This is cool no doubt. One can have any number of designs made to suit one's fancy. Not as colorful but is cheaper than a tattoo.
