When someone mentions the name "Golem," you probably think of this creepy little guy, but the word is actually a Biblical reference to something or someone that is embryonic, shapeless or not fully formed and generally made out of clay.

Mythologically, golems were a creation of those who were close to God and religious words were the magical salve that embued them with life.

Once the human-like body of clay became animated, it would then act as a servant and protector of its master.

Reddish Studio came up with their own eco-friendly version which they believe is a great alternative to plastic toys because they're made entirely out of different natural soils.

They have created them with the intent of planting them in a favored spot in your garden so that your loved ones benefit from the Golum-good luck.

Kind of a nice sentiment, don't you think?

I'm not sure how giddy your children would be to receive a dirt scupture as a special gift, but it's the thought that counts.
