Can Anyone Suggest An Economical Design For A Toilet and Water Filtration Plan

"In my country (India), there are thousands of schools that don't have basic sanitation facilities or even clean potable drinking water. If anyone in the Greenwala community can suggest an economical design for a toilet and water filtration plant, it is welcome. I wish to do something in this direction. I work for Industries and am aware that many of them have eco friendly design and systems. They have resources, talent & will to implement. But schools in small towns and villages are funded by government and hence there is no accountability."
