DAY ONE

As CEO of BP I would dedicate any and all resources to cap the leaking well on a 24/7 time basis,with no hesitation due to cost. I would not be concerned with saving the oil for BP pockets, but putting all the emphasis on capping the leak and simultaneously commence the clean-up on DAY ONE.  I would insist on  utilizing any and all global equipment and man-power. I would not give up-EVER. I'd lower a steel cylinder over the well , fill it with concrete, & cap it. I would pay for all resources, save the fish, birds, animals, while capping the well...without postponement as to who is liable.
