daily beach walks cancelled. too cold

soooo, my green spin is me and my 3yr old enjoy daily walks along the beach, unfortunatly we have a off season thats now!, its too cold to jog him around and feel good about it. i used to have a indoor cycle but had to leave it last winter due to moving. now im stuck without the indoor excercise machine. we were good friends id use it and it would keep my thighs from sticking together. please help this momma from gaining those nasty winter pounds.  go green, plant a tree and recycle . we do!
