Opportunity Green Tour de OG

Recently, myself and 10 other cyclists pedaled 490 miles in 5 days down the scenic coast of CA from San Francisco to Santa Monica to support the cause of sustainable business for Opportunity Green (www.opportunitygreen.com). We had the experience of a lifetime! One of the perks, besides the breathe taking scenery, was getting to know each other and sharing what we do professionally with respect to environmental issues.  Our team was supported by Red Bull's RV which was fueled by bio-diesel. I feel it was because of my background as a Spin instructor for the past 10 years, that I was strong enough to do the ride. The Spinning program is an excellent way to promote health, fitness and overall wellness. It's a great way to get in shape for those long beautiful rides outside. When fit, we are more productive, motivated and positive. If Team OG wins, we will donate the bike to a local charity. :-) I'm hooked!
