Each band is hand checked for quality prior to shipping. If you should find a manufacturer's defect in your product, please contact info@snifflebuddies.com upon delivery to request an exchange. Because each band is hand assembled, they may vary in length by 1/8" - 1/4" within any given size range (S/M/L). Wash as directed for best results. Wash in warm water & dry in moderate heat with velcro closures sealed.
SHIPPING: We make every effort to ship product within 24 hrs. of your kind order. If, for any reason, we are not able to ship within that timeframe, we'll contact you to let you know.
Orders are shipped via first class USPS mail unless otherwise requested. Additional charges apply to express shipping.
RETURN POLICY: At Sniffle Buddies, your satisfaction with our product is important to us. You may request an exchange or refund for unused items
within 30 days if you find that we have overlooked a defect. However, since we are in the hygiene business we will be unable to accept returns on used items.

We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide return details. Once you receive your RA from us, your product must be received in our warehouse within the next 10 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
