Our Story

Wembé is a Paraguayan company dedicated to making the highest quality Fair Trade and organic products using indigenous and renewable rainforest ingredients. One of our goals is to provide meaningful employment to our local populace, and to make people aware of the incredible array of beneficial plants in the Amazon rainforest. As we believe that the best and the rarest comes from the Amazonian soul, we captured virgin and undiscovered essences and turned them into evenly moisturizing, detoxifying and relaxing blended products.

Shipping & returns

Shipping:

We use USPS (Priority and Express) and UPS (Ground, Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day) as our shipping providers. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days and are shipped out of our Brooklyn, NY office. Shipping cost is dependent on the weight of the package, shipping method, and delivery location. The price is determined upon checkout.

Return:

Wembé will not accept returns. If item is delivered to you in a damaged/unusable state, we can offer an exchange or voucher once the damaged goods are sent back to us. All returns must be shipped to 10 Jay St, Suite 300A, Brooklyn NY 11201.
