e-Waste Recycling--Green is the new Black
Back to contest entries
Our company, Global Re-Source Funding, works with thousands of organizations, businesses and individuals nationwide to help them reduce their waste through recycling. We're not the typical paper and cardboard program that everyone is aware of, we help organizations recycle their used ink and toner cartridges, cell phones, digital cameras, iPods, GPS devices and laptops.
Not only do we work with certified remanufacturers and demanufacturers to put the items back out in the marketplace, we also pay our recyclers for their items. This is truly closing the circle. Our free program provides free shipping materials and shipping costs and a plethora of marketing materials to help spread the word...through email, of course.
To further reduce the program's carbon footprint, we've partnered with several retailers nationwide to provide their consumers with a recycled item drop box. This allows you to recycle your items when visiting their locations. Super convenient!
Learn more about the Global Re-Source Funding program by visiting www.GlobalRe-SourceFunding.com. If your organization enrolls and sends in product within 40 days of enrolling, we'll also give you 20 bonus points toward our Re-Source Rewards contest!

Unfortunately, since those are such high shipping weight and volume items, they do not work with our nationwide recycling program at this time. In order to keep the program free, we have to make sure items can ship sensibly. We do occasionally sponsor e-waste events for these items in the KC area though, so we can help our local recyclers in every way we can. To further reduce your carbon footprint, look for a local company hosting one of these events.
Thanks again for your positive comments! Be sure to let your friends and family know that they can now recycle their used cartridges, cell phones, iPods, laptops, digital cameras and laptops responsibly. Have a great day!
