This summer, most of my family went camping. The #1 activity we did the most was walking/hiking. In the photo, my sister was walking to the river while walking the dog as well (we were the only ones there). We had so much fun, & the best part of it all is that we didn't stay home for a week. Even though my sister is mentally disable, she would sure love to use the "Spinng"! Nature is just too much fun & is way better than staying at home sitting in front of the T.V. or computer screen.

I find walking and hiking so cleansing for the mind and soul. Living healthy isn't just about taking care of yourself physically, but mentally as well. :)

God bless you for being a great brother to your sister. Glad she and you all had fun on your vacation in the wilds. I will keep her and you and your family in my dailey prayers.
