Eco-Inspired Business Cards Sprouting Up Everywhere (Literally)!!
After sorting through hundreds of Google images, I found this respectable collection of business cards that definitely think outside of the box by either adding unconventional materials to the classic card style or stepping away from the paper shackles altogether.

These living cards are definitely eye-catching and in a pinch, you could harvest your mini green garden to add a nice crunch to your next sandwich.

This one would definitely give you a bigger mouthful.

Speaking of mouthfuls, these cards would probably offend vegetarians everywhere (considering the fact that they're made out of beef jerky). They're funny, though, and they certainly make an impression. No trees were cut down to make them, but now that I understand a lot more about factory farming, maybe they're not such a good choice here.

This card may look like it's made out of paper, but it's actually created from a cherry flavored wafer that has 'read it then eat it' instructions.

Japanese-based Arigatou Company specializes in laser-etched “Taberu Me” edible business cards printed on peanuts, beans, nuts, rice and pasta.

This clever person used excess fabric scraps.

But by far, my absolute favorite example of truly "green" business cards are these, created by environmental consultant Andrea Romani. Using scrap pieces of paper, she imprinted each with personal contact details via a hand-held stamp.
