I Shaved my Head for the Gulf Oil Spill

You know what they say, one person can make a difference. 24 year old Karol Escobar shaved her head in the efforts underway to create Hair Booms that will help suck up the oil spill in the Gulf. Wanting to spread the word, she filmed her buzz cut.

She is an amazing young spirit with an old soul and beautiful energy. There have been over 10,000 views of her short film. She's currently in New Orleans and filming Hair Boom volunteers, fishermen and where the oil has reached the beach in Valencia.
