When you live in a huge city such as Los Angeles and where junk food outlets are on every corner how do we encourage heathy and low cost healthy living?
What's this group all about?
It's my hope that together we can come up with tips and tricks and suggestions on how all of us can eat healthy when we're all running around from Point A to Z as if Father Time himself is tapping a timer saying "come on, hurry up."
