4. Exercise- Regular /routine exercise (Can enhance and protect the immune response)

5. Hydration- WATER (Essential in all functional body systems, flushes out system)

6. Oil of Oregano-Natural Antibiotic (performs as an anti inflammatory, anti viral, anti bacteria, anti fungal, and anti parasitic)

7. Wash your hands- Clean hands lead to a clean body (use alcohol based antibacterial hand santizer when neccessary)

8. Use Your Sleeve-(reduces the spread of germs)
