Carrie Underwood Says to Protect Others She Will Not Cook Meat

Country singer, pop star and vegetarian Carrie Underwood recently did an interview where she mentioned that she would not cook meat for her guests because she did not want them to end up in the hospital. She did go on to say she does not care what people eat and that she does not like it when people tell her that she should eat meat because she does not tell them what to eat.

Here is her comments from the interview thanks to our friends at Ecorazzi:

"I don't wanna be responsible for cooking meat cause I'll get everyone landed in the hospital. I don't care what they eat, as long as they don't care what I eat. Because some people do, some people drag you into this horrible conversation about how you should eat meat. And I'm like, wait a minute! I don't care what you put in your body, leave me out of this."

Now some might think this is a good way to handle it, but I really think the star is indeed in the position to actually help push and raise awareness about being vegetarian and to reduce if not eliminate meat consumption.

Maybe some of her fans, friends and family might listen and make some changes.  So I say go for it Carrie! Tell them not to eat meat. At least she does not cook it for them!
