Yep, you read that right: Scrumtrulescent. That totally made you want to check out these recipes didn't it? It's a perfect, child-like word to describe delicious food and it seemed fit after the author behind the bread pudding below used it in her post. These are fun, gluten-free recipes perfect for summer.


Bressert Kale Chips ~ "breakfast and dessert put together...You cannot even taste the kale in these". Take your pick of Vanilla Cinnamon-Raisin or Chocolate.


Super Simple Shredded Brussels Sprouts with Fresh Favas (or Edamame) ~ "When shredded and cooked al dente this way, the brussels sprouts are crisp, green, not bitter!, and even just a little bit sweet.  The combination of starchy beans and zesty lemon offers a great counterpoint in flavor and texture–all in all, a satisfying, substantial, and yet still light side dish."


Pineapple-Lime Glazed Tofu ~ an easy dish to make for a party and a great way to prepare tofu in a fun and flavorful way
