As we roll into summer there are many things we are free of...like rain, snow and the many layers that we wear during the cold months of the year. With all that we are learning about choosing non-toxic alternatives for our homes, our bodies and our food we are also learning how to be FREE from toxins and chemicals that are slowly making us sick!

    3. To me, natural beauty means avoiding ingredients that are harmful to your skin, and if possible, using ones that are good for it instead. Using better ingredients improves your skin's health, and by extension, its appearance. Makeup should enhance your natural beauty, not ruin it!
