Recycling has a lot to do with the reclaiming of old or used products. Last year, Sprint decided to add this green technique to their itinerary when introducing the Reclaim, their 80% recyclable bio-degradable cell phone. Due to the success of the first Reclaim, Samsung decided to come out with a newer and even more recycled phone, the Restore. This cell phone is 4% more recyclable than the Reclaim and it even uses 27% post-consumer recycled plastic.

There are many other features to this phone that make it environmentally-friendly. Some of these features include: recyclable packaging, a manual online to save paper and printing costs, a Energy Star 2.0 charger with proven energy efficiency, and compliances to the RoHS code that are straight and clear.

Not only is this product good for the environment, but it also gives the user some comfor in knowing that the phone can still withstand much abuse it is sure to encounter. This phone is very accessible with its slide out keyboard, complete with a camera and video recorder. This phone holds Bluetooth capabilities as well as MP3 playing ability. There is a memory card slot, alongside the Navigation System and TV provided by Sprint. With its increasing green b innovations, Sprint will rise to the top of the charts in phone sales, making competition a throw away.
