If you haven't heard of Brad's Raw Chips, now is the time to jump on board. In 2006, Brad was about forty pounds overweight, feeling run down, and eating the typical foods that makes us all feel a bit sluggish. He decided it was time to make a change and turned to a raw diet. The noticeable change in his body and energy was enough to get Brad eager to start making his own tasty snacks, and Brad's Raw Chips was born. Chip flavors include Red Bell Pepper, Hot Red Bell Pepper, Kale, Sun Dried Tomato, Chedder, Hot Kale, Beet, Indian, and Sweet Potato.
Recently, Brad added Brad's Raw Leafy Kale in addition to his raw chips. Dehydrated kale seasoned in flavors "Naked", "Nasty Hot", and "Vampire Killer". Please note my sing-songy tone here when I say "Ama-zing!" I know what you are thinking, "kale chips?, that doesn't sound very tasty". I have to admit, I was reluctant to buy them myself. At $7.50 a box, I did have my reservations, we have all tried the pricey healthy snack gone wrong. I took a chance and purchased "Naked" which is Brad's plain (vegan cheese) flavor and I just love them! Less than twenty-four hours later and my pack of kale chips is virtually gone. My three year old son loves them too! So mom's, what a great way to incorporate a healthy yet yummy snack into our children's diets. Now, if only Brad offered these for purchase by the crateful, hmmmm.

Brad's Chips are Vegan and Gluten-Free, made from fresh vegetables, high in fiber, a good source of omega-3's, and provide essential vitamins.
Currently, Brad's chips can be found at locations in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Iowa, New Jersey, North Carolina, and Delaware. They may be ordered online from Brads website where you can find more information about Brad, his diet, and raw recipes.
