Sustainable design comes naturally

We use the term Integrated Sustainable Design quite often here at LPA, and what it describes is the way our buildings respond to their environments and the way we work here, to give our clients solutions with true sustainability.

We have architecture, interior design, engineering, landscape architecture, planning, signage & graphics all in house. Each and every discipline works collaboratively and the end result is an efficient, unique sustainable solution for each project.

Our buildings look the way they do because of sustainability; they wear their green quotient effortlessly. Each building must be of its place. It has to know where the sun is and it has to take the free gifts of the site and use them ruthlessly.lpa_image002.jpg

Performance is key. We start with conservation and then look for efficiencies in the project to make sure we're building value for our clients.

The in-house teams of architects, engineers, landscape designers and interior designers at LPA work together from the beginning. Everyone is working to achieve the most sustainable solutions possible and design from this process is timeless and beautiful, because we are solving problems not chasing fashion.

At the end of the day, if people don't want to work in, learn from and love their buildings, they eventually get demolished and that's the opposite of sustainability, isn't it? We aim for buildings with a long life and a loose fit or, like our tag line says, "Sustainable places and spaces that enrich the lives of those who use them."
