Here's some info on a cool, eco-friendly music festival I heard about on the radio the other day. Its called BuFest in Malibu, CA. Here is why they claim to be a green festival:
"BuFestTM strives to insure we have zero impact upon the environment. In addition to biodegradable and recycled supplies, BuFestTM uses the most technologically advanced generators and materials to make certain we have the lowest carbon output possible. We support The Green Living Expo's held throughout the nation as a way to educate the public about ways they can "Go Green."
Sounds like a great festival with some good bands such as Eve 6, Reel Big Fish, Unwritten Law and more. They even have a link at the bottom to sign up for carpooling to the festival!
Its so good to see musicians taking an active role on making our planet greener.
